Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ToolHubBase. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToolHubBase ("Service", "we", "us"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2 The Service

ToolHubBase provides a suite of AI-powered web tools including, but not limited to, image upscaling, data format conversion, and validation utilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time with reasonable notice.

Free Tier

Unregistered (guest) users may access a limited number of free tool uses per day, subject to availability and our fair-use quotas. Free usage does not constitute a contractual commitment.

Credit-Based Access

Premium tool usage requires credits, which are purchased in one-time packs. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3 User Accounts

• Accounts are created via Google OAuth. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to third parties.

4 Credits & Payments

• Credits are purchased in fixed packs at prices displayed on the Pricing page.
• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Credits never expire and are linked permanently to your account.
• Credits are deducted per tool use. The cost per use is displayed before confirmation.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 14 days' advance notice.

5 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund on credit pack purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Refunds are not available if more than 20% of the purchased credits have been used.
• Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Credits are removed from your account upon refund confirmation.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ToolHubBase to:

• Process, upload, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Upload, process, or generate any NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content. This includes but is not limited to nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, and any material that sexualizes minors.
• Upload, process, or generate any content depicting graphic violence, gore, extreme cruelty, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Use our AI-powered tools (including but not limited to the Product Photo Upscaler) to enhance, upscale, or otherwise process any prohibited content described above.
• Attempt to bypass content moderation systems or safety filters implemented on the platform.
• Attempt to bypass usage quotas, rate limits, or security measures.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute tools or outputs without authorization.
• Interfere with the availability or performance of the Service for other users.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7 Intellectual Property

Our Content

The ToolHubBase platform, brand, design, and underlying algorithms are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our platform without permission.

Your Content & Outputs

You retain ownership of files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process them solely to deliver the requested tool output. Files are deleted immediately after processing.

Tool outputs (e.g., upscaled images) are provided for your personal or commercial use. We make no warranties about the suitability of AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purposes; (c) any defects will be corrected.

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLHUBBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ends immediately; (b) unused credits are forfeited unless termination was caused by our breach; (c) we will delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through binding arbitration if necessary.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice for material changes via a notice on the website or email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
