Our Promise: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all credit pack purchases — no questions asked, as long as the credits have not been used.

2 Refund Eligibility

✅ You ARE eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date
  • You have not used any credits from the purchased pack
  • Your account is in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)

❌ You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
  • You have used any credits from the purchased pack (even partially)
  • Your account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service

💡 Partial usage: If you have used some credits from a pack, we are unable to issue a refund for the remaining unused credits. Credits are considered consumed once applied to any tool operation.

3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  1. Email address associated with your ToolHubBase account
  2. Order number (found in your order history or purchase confirmation email)
  3. Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve our service)

4 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
